Our Lady of the Lake Trauma Center treats patients from Geismar Plant Explosion
Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center has received 11 patients by ground and air transport related to today’s (June 13, 2013) explosion at the Williams Olefins plant in Geismar, Louisiana. Currently, nine patients are in Fair condition and two patients are in Critical condition. The patients have sustained various injuries including trauma and burn, fractured bones, and neck, back, abdominal and chest injuries. Read more....
