Mail and Flowers

Mail and flowers addressed to patients will be delivered to their room by volunteers. A patient's mailing address during their stay is:

Patient's name and room number
c/o Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center
5000 Hennessy Blvd.
Baton Rouge, LA 70808-4398

After the patient's discharge, mail will be forwarded to the home address that the patient has given the hospital. Patients should inform staff at the front Information Desk of their discharge to ensure that flowers are forwarded.
