Make a General Gift, Memorial Gift or Honorarium

A memorial gift to Our Lady of the Lake is a beautiful way to remember the passing of a friend or loved one. An honorarium is a way to recognize an individual or a group (a physician, nurse, department, etc) who has made an impact on your life or the life of a loved one. Memorials and honorariums are personal and thoughtful, and wonderful ways to celebrate someone who touched you. Gifts totaling $1,000 or more in memory or honor of someone will result in that person's name being added to a special memorial plaque at our Hospital.
