Senior Care Center

The Senior Care Center, part of the Our Lady of the Lake Physician Group, is a primary care practice focused on the special needs of seniors. Our goal is to assess the unique healthcare needs of mature adults, while enhancing their dignity and respect.

Our team consists of primary care doctors and specialists, Board-Certified geriatricians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants.
