From I-10 E toward Baton Rouge:

• Take exit 160 for LA-3064/Essen Ln
• Turn right at LA-3064/Essen Ln
• Turn right at Hennessy Blvd

From I-10 west toward Baton Rouge:

• Take exit 160 for LA-3064/Essen Ln
• Keep left at the fork, follow signs for OLOL Medical Center and College
• Turn left at LA-3064/Essen Ln
• Turn right at Hennessy Blvd

From 1-12 toward Baton Rouge:

• Take exit 1A to merge onto I-10 E toward New Orleans
• Take exit 160 for LA-3064/Essen Ln
• Turn right at LA-3064/Essen Ln
• Turn right at Hennessy Blvd
